Skeletal metastasis is one of the most common second to liver and lung metastasis. The affected skeletal region on vertebral column(metastatis spine disease/MSD). Patients with MSD usualy came chief complain backpain neurological deficit. modalties treatment including chemotherapy, radiotherapy surgery. goal improve quality life by reliefing pain, providing stability even in some cases deficit improved. Case Report Three patients Dr. ZainoelAbidin General Hospital that diagnosed from different primary tumor level involvement. We performed spinal decompression fusion release cord entrapment did follow up evaluate outcome. Conclusion a issue faced surgeons. believe multidiciplinary approach right decision making timing, surgical treat instabillity compression can lead better despite type prognosis tumor.<
